Changes to our Clinical System

During the month of November 2019 we will be changing to a new computer system. Unfortunately this may result in some disruption but we are aiming to keep this to a minimum.  click here for further info

New Patient Registration

stethescope_1The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.  To become registered as a patient with our practice you must live within the practice area. You should where possible call in to the surgery, bringing with you your NHS medical card.

Once you are accepted as a patient you will be asked to complete a new patient questionnaire giving details of your past medical history and you will be asked to make an appointment to see one of our practice nurses to undergo a new patient check.

At the time of registration you have the right to express a preference to see a particular doctor or other healthcare professional in the practice. We shall try to comply with such preference but it is not always possible to see the doctor or healthcare professional of your choice.

As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the doctor.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
