Patient Survey: Please be aware that the practice will be running a survey the week commencing 8th July 2019.  We look forward to hearing your views and feedback on the services provided at the Linden Medical Group. Forms will be available in reception. Thanks to all those who take the time to complete the short survey.

The next meeting for the Linden Patient Participation Group will be at 7pm Tuesday 6th August at The Linden Medical Group, Stapleford Care Centre.

The patient group meets every two months. The meetings provide an opportunity for patients to meet with members of the practice team to discuss suggestions and feedback on the services we offer. Everyone is welcome.
